This morning I decided to make a Fritata that I had saw on the Early Show yesterday. To my suprise it turned out SOOOOOOO good. You couldnt even taste the eggs in it and it tasted like a spinach and cheese quiche. Here's a
link in case anyone wants to try this pan full of deliciousness. My sister pretty much ate the whole thing and gave me 1/3 of it. It's a pretty healthy choice because there is barely any carbs in there except for the miniscule layer of bread crumbs lining the bottom of the pan. I plan on making this every weekend while I am on South Beach because of its healthiness and scrumptiousness.
I had bunch of cheats yesterday and I excused them just because it was Christmas. We went to dinner to our family friends house and I had half a piece of Naan because I was so hungry along with a bit of rice in the Dal Makhani. I also had a piece of my sister's Cinnamon Roll because she made it from scratch at home and the aroma filled the house so it was pretty hard to resist.
